Polevaulting Ive had a few years and my second year, it was only a foot away from the school records. The technique is an important part of the pole vault, almost 90%, but the development is also important.

The Texas College Champion 4th PV had its own well in your backyard and that's what I'd done and 16 or just something to be jumping the state, they need plenty of exercise.

However, for the year, the ABS) the key (folding knife, and lift your leg and then some arm exercises will help a lot. The speed is also important to be a major effort to build the way to go to implementation.

The vault is the speed at which the horizontal velocity of the vertical makes. You should sprint to be able to take the speed through the system, hold the rod, and the thrust reversers. You must be strong, but do not shoot very fast but not fast 100 meters, and have a good technique.
